Gold: Yellow metal trading higher this morning

For the 24 hours to 23:00 GMT, the Gold rose 0.13% against the USD and closed at 1157.50, as a mixed US jobs data prompted investors to reconsider their views on the Federal Reserve’s (Fed) interest rate hike this year.

In the Asian session, at GMT0400, the pair is trading at 1165.9, with the gold trading 0.73% higher from Friday’s close.

The pair is expected to find support at 1149.27, and a fall through could take it to the next support level of 1132.63. The pair is expected to find its first resistance at 1178.77, and a rise through could take it to the next resistance level of 1191.63.

The yellow metal is trading above its 20 Hr and 50 Hr moving averages.
