The pair is expected to find support at 106.84, and a fall through could take it to the next support level of 106.50. The pair is expected to find its first resistance at 107.48, and a rise through could take it to the next resistance level of 107.78.
Going ahead, traders would closely monitor Japan’s producer price index for September and machinery orders for August, set to release overnight.
The currency pair is trading above its 20 Hr and 50 Hr moving averages.
