USD/JPY: Yen trading marginally lower in the Asian session

For the 24 hours to 23:00 GMT, USD marginally weakened against the JPY and closed at 76.84.

In the Asian session, at GMT0400, the pair is trading at 76.90, with the USD trading 0.07% higher from yesterday’s close.

This morning in Japan, leading index climbed to 92.9 in November, from 92.0 in October. Additionally, coincident index eased to 90.3 in November, from 91.4 in the previous month.

The pair is expected to find support at 76.80, and a fall through could take it to the next support level of 76.71. The pair is expected to find its first resistance at 76.97, and a rise through could take it to the next resistance level of 77.04.

The currency pair is trading just above its 20 Hr and 50 Hr moving averages.
