Oil prices advanced 1.35% against the USD for the 24 hour period ending 23:00GMT, closing at 86.35.

Crude oil rose due to mounting tension in the Middle East.

At GMT 0400, Oil is trading at USD 86.31 per barrel in the Asian session, 0.05% lower from 23:00GMT.

The pair has its first resistance at 87.17, followed by the next resistance at 88.02. On the other side, the first support is at 84.92, with the subsequent support at 83.52.

The pair is trading just above its 20 Hr moving average and well above its 50 Hr moving average.
