Oil prices advanced 5.72% against the USD for the 24 hour period ending 23:00GMT, closing at 91.44.

Crude oil futures extended gains on Tuesday, as demonstrations continued in the Middle East and North Africa and key oil producers moved to curb output in Libya.

At GMT 0400, Oil is trading at USD 92.84 per barrel in the Asian session, 1.53% higher from 23:00GMT.

The pair has its first resistance at 95.70, followed by the next resistance at 98.55. On the other side, the first support is at 88.66, with the subsequent support at 84.47.

The pair is trading well above its 20 Hr and 50 Hr moving averages.
