AUDUSD Movement
For the 24 hours to 23:00 GMT, AUD strengthened 0.40% against the USD to close at 1.0674.
In Australia, the seasonally adjusted performance of services index fell by 1.6 points to 49.9 in May from 51.5 points recorded in the previous month.
In the Asian session at 3:00GMT, the pair is trading at 1.0674, flat from yesterday’s close at 23:00 GMT.
LME Copper prices declined 1.5% or $133.3/MT to $9,037.3/ MT. Aluminium prices declined 0.8% or $21.3/MT to $2,631.5/ MT.
The pair is expected to find first short term resistance at 1.0729, with the next resistance levels at 1.0783 and 1.0905, subsequently. The first support for the pair is seen at 1.0607, followed by next supports at 1.0539 and 1.0417 respectively.
The currency pair is trading just below its 20 Hr and its 50 Hr moving averages.
