In the Asian session, at GMT0300, the pair is trading at 1.0252, with the AUD trading 0.60% higher from yesterday’s close, after unemployment rate in Australia dropped to a seasonally adjusted 5.5% in April, from 5.6% recorded in the previous month. Also, the number of people employed increased by a seasonally adjusted 50,100 in April, against market expectations for a rise of 12,000 people.
