In the UK, this morning, the Rightmove House Price Index declined 2.1% (M-o-M) in August, following a 1.6% decline in the previous month.
The pair opened the Asian session at 1.6286, and is trading at 1.6281 at 3.00GMT. The pair is trading flat from Friday’s close at 23:00 GMT.
The pair has its first short term resistance at 1.6342, followed by the next resistance at 1.6404. The first support is at 1.6190, with the subsequent support at 1.6100.
The currency pair is showing convergence with its 20 Hr moving average and is trading just above its 50 Hr moving average.
