USD/JPY: Yen trading lower ahead of new BoJ Governor testimony

On Friday, the USD weakened 0.51% against the JPY and closed at 94.44.

In the Asian session, at GMT0400, the pair is trading at 94.89, with the USD trading 0.48% higher from Friday’s close, ahead of a testimony from the Bank of Japan (BoJ) Governor, Haruhiko Kuroda, due later today.

The pair is expected to find support at 94.38, and a fall through could take it to the next support level of 93.86. The pair is expected to find its first resistance at 95.22, and a rise through could take it to the next resistance level of 95.55.

The currency pair is trading between its 20 Hr and 50 Hr moving averages.
